Ingredients:

- 1 baguette or crusty bread, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
- 8 oz goat cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup roasted pecans, roughly chopped
- 1 apple (such as Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries
- 2-3 tbsp honey (for drizzling)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary leaves (for garnish)
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crostini:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
