Rainshadow Ranch, LLC is proud to provide fresh, farm-grown specialty cut flowers, foliage, and plants. Because our products are perishable, seasonal, and grown in limited quantities, the following policies apply to all purchases.

All flowers, foliage, and plant products sold by Rainshadow Ranch, LLC are perishable and time-sensitive. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are considered final unless quality concerns are reported within the timeframe listed below.

We stand behind the quality of our farm-grown products. If you are dissatisfied with your order due to quality concerns:
• Customers must notify Rainshadow Ranch, LLC within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
• Clear photo documentation may be required
• Approved concerns may be resolved at our discretion through:Replacement product (if available)
Store credit toward a future purchase
Partial or full refund
Rain Shadow Ranch, LLC is not responsible for product issues resulting from improper care, weather exposure, or delays after pickup or delivery.

For agricultural safety and biosecurity reasons, Rain Shadow Ranch, LLC does not accept returns of flowers, foliage, or plant materials once they have left the farm or delivery location.

Exchanges may be approved only when product quality concerns are verified within 24 hours and replacement product is available. Specific varieties and colors cannot be guaranteed due to seasonal growing conditions.

Custom orders, event florals, wholesale orders, and seasonal plant preorders may have separate cancellation deadlines, which will be stated at time of purchase.
Because most orders are grown, harvested, or prepared specifically for each customer:
• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to scheduled pickup or delivery may qualify for a refund or store credit, minus applicable processing fees
• Cancellations made 7–13 days prior may qualify for store credit only
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable and non-transferable -
Customers assume responsibility for proper product care once orders are picked up or delivered.
Rain Shadow Ranch, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by:
• Extreme temperatures
• Improper hydration or storage
• Delayed pickup or retrieval of delivered products
• Third-party handling after delivery or pickup -
