By purchasing products, registering for services, attending farm events, visiting the property, or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any posted farm rules or safety notices.

Rainshadow Ranch, LLC produces living agricultural products subject to:

• Weather conditions
• Pest and disease pressure
• Crop performance variability
• Seasonal availability
• Harvest timing
• Natural growing limitations

Rainshadow Ranch, LLC does not guarantee:

• Specific flower varieties
• Exact bloom timing
• Stem counts or plant yield
• Plant survival or growth success after purchase

We reserve the right to substitute comparable varieties, colors, or quantities when necessary to meet quality standards or crop availability.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received or approved payment arrangements are established.

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Adjust pricing without notice for future orders
• Limit quantities based on harvest availability

Customers placing preorders acknowledge:

Agricultural production involves risk. Crop failure or environmental events may impact product fulfillment. If an ordered product cannot be fulfilled, Rain Shadow Ranch, LLC may provide:

• Comparable substitution
• Store credit
• Refund at our discretion

Customers assume full responsibility for product care once an order is picked up or delivered.

Rain Shadow Ranch, LLC is not responsible for product deterioration resulting from:

• Delayed pickup
• Improper storage
• Temperature exposure
• Transportation damage
• Third-party handling after delivery

Missed pickup appointments may result in product forfeiture without refund.

Flowers, foliage, and plants are perishable. All sales are final unless quality concerns are reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Returns are not accepted due to agricultural biosecurity standards.

Wholesale customers acknowledge natural agricultural variation in:

• Stem length
• Bloom stage
• Color variation
• Crop availability

Wholesale buyers accept responsibility for final product use and event outcomes.

Custom floral design and bulk harvest orders are based on seasonal crop availability and design discretion. Deposits for custom or event work may be non-refundable and may require written contracts.

Rainshadow Ranch, LLC may host agritourism activities including farm visits, workshops, product pickup, tours, U-pick experiences, photography sessions, or events conducted on agricultural property.

"You are assuming the risk of participating in an agritourism activity. This activity may include risks inherent to agriculture including, but not limited to, risk of injury, illness, or death from livestock, equipment, structures, terrain, weather, and natural conditions."

By entering Rain Shadow Ranch property or participating in agritourism activities, visitors acknowledge and accept inherent agricultural risks including but not limited to:

• Uneven ground
• Mud, holes, rocks, and irrigation equipment
• Exposure to insects, animals, and plant materials
• Weather exposure including heat, cold, rain, or wind
• Agricultural tools and machinery
• Natural hazards common to working farms

Visitors agree to follow all posted safety instructions and farm staff directions.

All visitors, customers, and participants must:

• Follow safety instructions
• Supervise minors at all times
• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing
• Avoid restricted farm areas
• Respect farm property and crops

Rainshadow Ranch, LLC reserves the right to remove any person from property for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for supervision and safety of minors on farm property or during agritourism activities.

To the fullest extent permitted under Washington law, Rain Shadow Ranch, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Injury or illness resulting from participation in agritourism activities
• Agricultural product performance after customer possession
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses caused by weather or crop failure
• Allergic or plant sensitivity reactions

Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product or service.

Customers and visitors voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with:

• Agricultural environments
• Handling plant materials
• Participation in farm activities
• Exposure to natural outdoor conditions

Rainshadow Ranch, LLC shall not be responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Crop failure
• Fire or smoke damage
• Pandemic or government restrictions
• Transportation interruptions
• Labor shortages

Rainshadow Ranch, LLC may photograph farm operations, events, workshops, and agritourism activities for marketing purposes. Attendance or participation may result in incidental appearance in promotional media unless a written opt-out request is submitted.

All branding, logos, images, designs, written materials, and marketing content are property of Rainshadow Ranch, LLC and may not be used without written permission.

Customer information is collected solely for business operations including order fulfillment, communication, and payment processing. Rain Shadow Ranch, LLC does not sell or distribute customer data.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved within Washington State jurisdiction.

Rainshadow Ranch, LLC reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.
